Justin Chapel

Justin Chapel is an experienced educational and sports professional currently serving as the Dean of Social Emotional Learning at Bremerton School District since June 2024. Justin has held several coaching positions, including High School Basketball Coach for the Amateur Athletic Union of the United States and Camp Coach for NBC Basketball. Previous roles include Dean of Students at Puyallup School District and various educational roles at Puget Sound ESD. Justin's background in sports training is complemented by a career as a minor league basketball player with the American Basketball Association. Justin holds multiple degrees, including a Master's Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Principal from Eastern Washington University, along with certifications in Special Education and Elementary Education.
