Gary Millsap is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Amatrol since July 2009, Gary oversees comprehensive HR functions for a team of 130 engineering and manufacturing professionals, focusing on areas such as recruiting, performance management, and professional development. Prior to this, Gary worked at Lexmark from October 1998 to February 2009, initially as a Performance Consultant and later as a Consultant in HR Talent Management, where efforts were directed towards enhancing productivity and operational efficiencies. Additional experience includes serving as an Organizational Change Consultant at Sarcom, founding DriveTRAIN to provide organizational development consulting, and managing the training function at Providian Financial. Gary holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development from Indiana State University.
