Glen Mattingly

Glen Mattingly has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Glen started their career as a Field Consultant at IDQ Companies, Inc., where they provided guidance to business owners and assisted in opening new locations. Glen then became a Franchisee/Operator at Dairy Queen, where they led all aspects of the business and handled tasks such as budgeting, staffing, and bookkeeping.

After that, Glen worked at Wilson Management Group, Inc. as a District Manager, overseeing multiple business locations and focusing on staffing, training, and talent development. Glen later joined Heartland Food Corp. as a Regional Director of Operations, leading operations, staffing, and training for several locations.

Glen's experience also includes working at Burger King as a District Manager, where they ranked in the top three districts for cash flow and operational performance. Glen eventually became the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Group 2029, Inc., where they led staffing, training, and operations for the office and multiple business locations.

Their most recent role is Director of Human Resources at Amatrol, where they manage all HR functions for Amatrol, Inc. and its affiliated companies. Glen oversees policies and procedures, benefits administration, and insurance renewals.
