Joe Stone

Joe Stone has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe started their career in the US Army where they served as an Operations Manager for 15 years. After leaving the military, Joe worked as an Engineering Test Technician at Triumph Aerospace Systems, where they were involved in testing, fabrication, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems for defense platforms.

Following that, they transitioned to the private sector and joined Penhall Company and Penhall Technologies as a Senior Maintenance Technician. In this role, Joe managed and performed maintenance repairs for a vehicle fleet and various equipment, while also handling vendor management and inventory control.

Joe then moved on to Lima Charlie Media, where they worked as a Contributing Writer for a year. Joe further expanded their skills in the media industry by joining Jam Street Media. At Jam Street Media, Joe held positions such as Head of Audience Development, Director of Operations, and Audience Development Intern. In these roles, they were involved in business operations, financial management, communication with partners and investors, human resources, and graphic design.

Currently, Joe is working at Amaze Media Labs as the Corporate Controller & Operations Manager. In this role, they work closely with the CEO to streamline and improve business processes, media production, and marketing. Joe utilizes a variety of tools and automations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Joe Stone has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Technologies from the Academy of Art University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, in 2016, they attended Ecotech Institute for Business Administration - Sustainability, although they did not complete a degree program there. In terms of additional certifications, Joe obtained a variety of certifications in different fields, including ClickUp Intermediate Certificate, E-Verify Training, Finance Foundations, Operations Management Foundations, ClickUp Novice Certificate, Be the Manager People Won't Leave, Strategic Planning Foundations, Understanding the Impact of Deepfake Videos, Accounting Foundations, IS-00700.b Introduction to the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Social Marketing Certification, IS-00100.c Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100, and Google Analytics.
