Jennifer Tucker

Jennifer Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jennifer started their career as a Pension Review Analyst at Willis Corroon Financial Planning in 1996. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Bright Horizons, initially as a Trainer/Assistant Director of Operations and later as an Education Coordinator. During their time there, they implemented successful strategies to improve revenue growth, increase client enrollment, and reduce employee turnover.

In 2006, Jennifer joined Harte Hanks as a Global Training Manager, overseeing training and quality teams in multiple locations. Jennifer was responsible for global scaling and account-specific training, as well as restructuring training programs to improve cost efficiency. Jennifer was recognized for their exceptional contributions to the company's success.

From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Director of Employee Development at Tangoe, Inc. where they built and implemented an Employee Development program and expanded the company's benefits and employee programs through mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer later served as a Client Services Manager, building client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery, and eventually became the Director of Contact Center Operations, responsible for strategic planning and execution of all call center operations.

Currently, Jennifer is the Owner/Broker at Amazing Realty Austin. Jennifer leads a full-service real estate operation, catering to the needs of home buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners. The company offers a range of services including staging, consulting, and lease services.

Jennifer Tucker has an MBA in Business and Marketing from City University of Seattle, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Education, English, and Communication from Samford University, completing their degree from 1994 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer is a Real Estate Broker certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission since June 2017.
