Taner Kocak

Taner Kocak is an experienced industrial leader with a strong background in quality assurance and product management. Currently serving as the Industrial Leader at OKAÏDI, Taner focuses on capacity planning, production follow-up, product development, and setting quality standards with suppliers, while also prioritizing sustainable materials. As an Individual Seller for Amazon FBA since 2018, Taner manages the production process in China and ensures compliance with shipping and legal requirements. Previous roles include QA/QC Inspector & Auditor at QIMA, Shoe Upper Product Quality Manager, and Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager at Gelal Socks Industry, where Taner led a team of over 120 personnel and implemented lean practices to enhance efficiency. Additionally, Taner has experience in product quality management and social compliance at Alpin Socks and Güleçler Socks and Textile.
