Jim Donlin

James Donlin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Amazon Hose and Rubber Company since March 2011, James oversees operations in a century-old family-owned business specializing in hydraulic and industrial hose distribution. Prior to Amazon Hose, James was Managing Principal at Cassidy Turley, contributing to the establishment of one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the United States. James also held positions as President and CEO at Van Millwork, and Westye Group Southeast, where significant business growth and revenue milestones were achieved. Earlier in their career, James served in sales and marketing roles at Sub-Zero Freezer Co. and Pella Corporation, focusing on market expansion and team development. James holds an MBA in Marketing from Xavier University and a BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University's Williams College of Business.
