Adya Chaturvedi is an accomplished recruiting leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic hiring across various technology and product roles. Currently serving as Recruiting Lead at Amazon since May 2022, Adya manages hiring strategies for mid-senior level positions in technology and product functions, driving initiatives such as the Recruitment BI Automation tool and leading projects focused on candidate experience and predictive modeling. Prior to Amazon, Adya held lead recruiter positions at InMobi and manager roles at Myntra, overseeing recruitment for technology and product sectors while focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
