Aisa Aiyer

Aisa Aiyer is an accomplished leader in product and technology, currently serving as Director of Product & Tech at Amazon Ads since April 2016. In this role, Aisa oversees a large team of over 140 professionals, guiding strategy, technology roadmaps, and product delivery. A significant achievement includes driving the Same Day Delivery business to exponential growth, advocating for substantial investments, and enhancing customer experience and monetization strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Symantec, where Aisa served as Vice President of Information Management, and at NetJets Europe, where Aisa directed international expansion and customer retention. Aisa holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in History & Economics from Wellesley College, with a foundational education in Specialized Math & Science from Stuyvesant High School.
