Fardin Ahsan Sakib

Fardin Ahsan Sakib is currently an Applied Research Scientist at Amazon, engaged with the AWS Support Team since June 2025. Previously, Fardin was a Graduate Research Assistant at George Mason University, specializing in Natural Language Processing and focusing on Large Language Models in health data. Fardin has also held roles as an NSF Research Trainee, where contributions aimed to enhance domestic violence awareness through technology, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, providing support to over 100 students. Internships at Brillient Corporation included positions as an Applied Research Intern and Machine Learning Engineer Intern, where Fardin developed NLP models and optimized information retrieval systems. Fardin's earlier experience includes a Cyber Security Internship at Islamic University of Technology and a Software Engineer Internship at Microsoft. Fardin is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at George Mason University, building on a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Islamic University of Technology.
