Jay Sanne

Jay Sanne is currently the Director of Software Development, Talent Acquisition at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, they held various leadership roles at companies such as FICO and Capital One, where they were involved in leading software engineering teams, developing innovative products, and managing technical projects. Jay also has experience in client delivery, online retail startups, and technical architecture. They hold a Master's degree in Information Technology from UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Virginia.
