Jumi Joseph has extensive experience in instructional design and learning management, holding significant roles across notable organizations. Starting as an Instructional Designer at Infosys from July 2012 to February 2016, Jumi advanced to the position of Senior Instructional Designer at EdgeVerve from February 2016 to June 2018. Following this, Jumi served as a Digital Learning Advisor for Transport for London from October 2018 to August 2021. Currently, Jumi holds the role of Learning Design Manager at Amazon, a position started in August 2021.
