Kalyan Nanduru

Kalyan Nanduru holds a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has extensive experience in product management and leadership. Currently serving as the Director (IC) of WW Returns and Recommerce at Amazon since May 2025, Kalyan previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Rhythms, advancing from an advisory role to lead product-market fit discovery for an Enterprise AI platform. From 2020 to 2024, Kalyan was the Senior Vice President and Head of Product at Guild, managing a multi-modal marketplace with significant gross merchandise value. Kalyan's earlier experience includes roles such as Head of Product for B2B Commerce at Google, and Principal Group Product Manager at Microsoft, where significant products like Microsoft Viva Insights were developed, achieving impressive user engagement and revenue growth. Prior positions also include engineering and management roles at BT Group and FICO.
