Kayode Alao

Kayode Alao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Sr Supply Chain Program Manager - Procurement at Amazon since 2022, Kayode has also co-founded volvero and held key positions such as Regional Category Manager at GEA Group and Regional Procurement Manager at Danone. Previous roles include Procurement Lead for Italy at EY and Procurement and Contracts Engineer at Salini Impregilo, where Kayode focused on medium and long-term strategies for engineering services. Kayode holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, a Master's degree in International Construction Management (cum laude) from Politecnico di Milano, and a Master of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
