Phillip Chin

Phillip Chin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at Amazon since September 2021, Phillip previously held the position of VP of Corporate Development at Ripple, leading investments and M&A activities. Prior to that, Phillip worked at Cardtronics in various leadership roles including Head of Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and FP&A from 2013 to 2018. Phillip's investment banking career includes a tenure as Director at Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in strategic advisory services for technology companies, and as Vice President at Lehman Brothers in the Global Technology Group. Phillip began career experiences managing operations at EthnicGrocer.com and providing consulting services at Arthur D. Little. Educationally, Phillip holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
