Sai Balakavi

Sai Balakavi is a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on building natural language processing (NLP) and speech applications. Currently, they are employed at Amazon, where they develop deep learning tools for Alexa. Sai previously held roles at Interactions LLC, where they built a natural language pipeline for model training and inference, and at the University of Georgia, where they developed a software framework for distributed reasoning on Android devices. Sai earned a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
