Shiona Rolfe

Shiona Rolfe has extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the logistics and catering sectors. From May 2014 to September 2021, Shiona served as the Non-Executive Chair at Quadrant Catering Ltd, a joint venture between Royal Mail and Compass Group. Prior to this role, Shiona held several positions at Royal Mail, including Director of Logistics, Delivery Director, Service Delivery Director, and Interim Fulfilment Director, where strategic oversight and operational efficiency were prioritized across various functions. Currently, Shiona is the General Manager at Amazon, starting in July 2022. Shiona holds diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, as well as an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and is pursuing further education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
