Vijaya Venkatraman

Vijaya Venkatraman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in the People eXperience and Technology division at Amazon since July 2023. Prior to this role, Vijaya excelled as a Senior FLC Recruiter and Senior Client Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS), delivering over 100 hires and achieving over 200% productivity goals for two consecutive years, while being recognized in the top 1% of recruiters out of more than 700 in the AWS Talent Acquisition organization. With a solid background in technical recruitment that includes roles at Vector Consulting, Inc. and MoxieWise LLC, Vijaya has successfully managed a high volume of requisitions and played a key role in driving revenue growth in the IT consulting sector. Education was obtained at the University of Mumbai.
