Vic Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vic currently holds the position of Senior Director, IT Business Systems at AMB Sports and Entertainment, where they oversee the IT operations for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. Before this role, they served as the Director, Business & Stadium Systems for the same organization.

Prior to joining AMB Sports and Entertainment, Vic worked as an IT Director at Barnes Healthcare Services, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure for a regional healthcare organization. Vic also provided leadership and career development for an IT staff of up to 8 people.

Vic has also held various roles at Hewlett-Packard, including IT Manager for HP Enterprise Group Continuous Improvement Program, IT Manager for HP Enterprise Group IT - Global Release Management team, IT Business Consultant / Process Analyst IV, and IT Support Engineer. During their time at HP, they managed teams responsible for improving IT solution delivery, establishing release management processes, and providing back-office application support.

Before joining HP, Vic worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, a Senior Systems Administrator at Lowe's - Distribution Center, a Technical Support Specialist - Laptops at IBM, and a Cryptographic Configuration Management Specialist at ManTech.

Vic's career began in the military, where they served as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army.

Vic Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Valdosta State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2013. In September 2006, they obtained the ITIL - ITSM Practitioner Certification in Release Control and Validation from EXIN. Additionally, in June 2006, they obtained the ITIL - ITSM Foundations Certification, also from EXIN. Earlier in their career, in March 2004, they obtained the BEA Web Logic 8.1 Systems Administration certification from BEA Systems. In July 1999, they achieved the IBM AIX v4.3 Systems Support Certified Specialist certification from IBM.
