Lui Pangiarella

Lui Pangiarella is the Founder of WayFinder Capital, a fund in Australia investing exclusively in Search Funds and Searcher led transactions. He is also the Founder of Second Squared, an Accelerator focused on the core element of business success - the Entrepreneur who wants to own an established business. Additionally, Lui serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AMB Holdings Pty Ltd and holds various non-executive director positions, including at Rocky Bay Foundation and Loop Advisory Pty Ltd. Lui has a background in accounting and IT, with a degree in B Comm(Hons) from Curtin University.
