Art Heffner

First Vice President at Ambac Financial Group

Art Heffner has over two decades of work experience in various roles within the financial sector. Art began their career at American International Group as an Analyst in 1997. Art then moved on to Moody's Investors Service, where they served as an AVP in the Structured Finance Group from 1998 to 2004. Art then joined ACC Capital Holdings as a Director in the Capital Markets department from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they worked at Citigroup as a Vice President in Mortgage Finance for a year. Currently, they hold the position of First Vice President at Ambac, a role they have been in since 2009.

Art Heffner attended Lehigh University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following this, they pursued a legal education at St. John's University School of Law from 1994 to 1997, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
