Gillian Plastaras

Gillian Plastaras has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Gillian started their career at Ark Asset Management in 1990 as an Associate, and worked their way up to become the Head of Human Resources. In this role, they grew the department from a two-person team to a team of five. In 2006, they joined Ark Asset Management Co., Inc. as the Managing Director of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer. Gillian was responsible for building and managing a full-service HR function, as well as providing leadership and direction during a company transition. In 2010, they joined Kadmon Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they built the HR function from scratch and ensured compliance during the acquisition of other firms. Gillian then joined Roivant Sciences, Inc. in 2015 as the Vice President of Human Capital. Finally, they joined Ambac Assurance Corporation in the same year as the Managing Director of Human Resources.

Gillian Plastaras has obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Ithaca College.
