Stephen M. Ksenak

Stephen Ksenak serves as the General Counsel and Senior Managing Director at Ambac since 2011, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel at Ambac Financial Group from 2002 to 2011. Prior to joining Ambac, Stephen Ksenak practiced law as an attorney at King & Spalding from 1997 to 2002 and at Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP from 1993 to 1997. Stephen Ksenak obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law from 1990 to 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College, earned between 1984 and 1988. Educational background includes graduation from Regis High School in 1984.
