José María Dutilh Carvajal serves as Vicepresidente of APACSA and holds positions in various associations, including Ambar Partners as a restructuring attorney and EIP Association as a representative. With extensive experience since 2015 as the partner responsible for insolvency law at i.LeY, José María also contributes as a secretary counselor and member at INCARI, and as a partner in the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL) and ASPAC. José María has been involved with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, the International Bar Association, and INSOL Europe since 2010.
