Joanne Kennedy

Joanne Kennedy (MCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the cruise and aviation industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Ambassador Cruise Line since November 2021, Joanne previously held positions including HR Business Partner for South Wales at British Airways and Corporate Senior Manager of Human Resources at Viking Cruises, where the implementation of HR strategies for diverse workforces was led. Joanne's background also includes serving as HR Director at Carnival Cruise Line, where strategic HR plans were developed, and HR Implementation Manager at Shop Direct, managing significant HR change projects.
