Kristi Hixon

Kristi Hixon, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Ambassador Personnel, Inc. since August 2025, Kristi previously held significant roles at Hueman People Solutions from July 2021 to October 2025, including Recruitment Manager and Recruiter, as well as serving as a Healthcare Recruiter at UChicago Medicine during the same period. Kristi also led a team as a Recruiter Team Lead at Hueman People Solutions and worked as an Enrollment Events Recruiter at Savannah College of Art and Design from November 2019 to July 2021. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University.
