Alicia Wilkins

Alicia Wilkins, PHR, is currently the VP of Human Resources and Culture at Rival, a building industry investment and management group based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to this role, Alicia held various HR positions at Ambassador Supply, Matilda Jane Clothing, Vera Bradley, and UMR, a UnitedHealthcare Company. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University, Alicia has a strong background in strategic initiatives, project management, and employee relations.
