RIA MARIA JOSE has a diverse background in administrative support, customer experience, and content creation. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Edinburgh College, RIA manages event inquiries and collaborates with the marketing team to promote events. In the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Ambassador Theatre Group, RIA addresses customer concerns and enhances service quality.
