Lasmaydha Siregar

Lasmaydha Siregar holds extensive experience in human resources, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) leadership, and stakeholder engagement, presently serving as Director of Human Resources and ESG at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since July 2022 and holding a role in Human Capital Development and Business Support since June 2024. Previously, Lasmaydha worked at MMG Group as Manager Mine Transition and held the position of Vice President of Safety Health Environment at MMG Minera Las Bambas. Lasmaydha's career includes roles at ERM Indonesia, PT Freeport Indonesia, and BHP Billiton, where responsibilities encompassed business development, local development, sustainability, and stakeholder relations. Lasmaydha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Deakin University.
