Kemal Inan

Scientific Fellow at Ambeent

Kemal Inan has had a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as the Founder of the Social Democratic Party of Turkey in 1983. In 1985, they became a Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley College of Engineering. In 1993, they were appointed as Chairperson of the EE Department at ODTÜ. In 1994, they became a Member of the Science Council at TUBITAK. In 1998, they were the Founding Engineering Dean at Sabanci University. In 2015, they took on the role of Solist 1st Violin at Istanbul Sinfonietta and also became the Book Author of Technological Unemployment. Finally, in 2016, they became a Scientific Fellow at AMBEENT.

Kemal Inan obtained a Bachelor of Science from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University between 1960 and 1964. Kemal then went on to earn a Master of Science from the same university between 1964 and 1966. Following this, Kemal Inan obtained a Master of Science from the University of Warwick in 1967. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy from UC Berkeley College of Engineering between 1967 and 1970.
