Erin Bourne-Smith

Erin Bourne-Smith has had a diverse range of work experience. Erin most recently worked at Amber as a Corporate Account Manager starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Account Manager at BT from December 2020 to July 2022. At BT, Erin was responsible for managing a portfolio of 45 customer accounts and achieving business targets.

Before joining BT, Erin worked at FlairJet Ltd as a Client Services Executive, where they provided private jet charter solutions to clients and generated sales activities. Erin also had an internship role as a Client Services Executive Intern at FlairJet Ltd, gaining valuable experience in the aviation industry.

Erin also has experience in internet sales, working part-time at Cash Generator Limited. Their tasks included listing items on Amazon/eBay and packaging sold goods. Erin developed IT proficiency and demonstrated a high-quality efficient approach.

Additionally, Erin worked as an Auditor at Serve Legal Ltd, where they conducted compliance checks on retailers to reduce underage sales of age-restricted goods and services. Erin also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Rhydypennau Primary School, where they assisted staff and taught small groups of children. Lastly, Erin had a work experience placement as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer, where they gained customer service and communication skills.

Erin Bourne-Smith's education history includes a BA in Business Management from Coventry University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Cardiff High School from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Economics, Geography, Psychology, and Welsh Baccalaureate. From 2009 to 2014, Erin also attended Cardiff High School and achieved 12 A*-B grades at GCSE level, including Maths, Science, English, and IT.

In addition to their formal education, Erin has obtained several certifications. Erin completed Excel 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2020. In July 2020, Erin obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing: ROI and Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn. Erin also completed Marketing on Instagram certification from LinkedIn in June 2020. Furthermore, Erin achieved the Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate (WBQ) from WJEC / CBAC in August 2016. Lastly, they obtained the Bronze DofE Award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in 2014.
