Rebecca Proctor

Rebecca Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rebecca began their career in 2011 as a PR Coordinator for THE WELSH NETBALL ASSOCIATION, where they worked until March 2013. In 2013, they joined SWALEC Stadium as a Match Day Coordinator until September 2014. Rebecca then moved to the National Ice Skating Association and worked as a Figure Skating Coach from January 2010 to July 2014. Rebecca also served as a National Support Officer for the same association from September 2014 to December 2015. In December 2015, Rebecca joined Sport Wales as an Events, Marketing, and Business Development Officer, a role they held until October 2017. During this time, they also started working as a Marketing and Events Manager at Amber in October 2017. Rebecca continued to progress within the marketing field at Amber and became the Marketing Campaign Manager in September 2019. In November 2021, Rebecca was promoted to the position of Head of Marketing at Amber. Additionally, in November 2019, they became a Non-Executive Director at British Ice Skating.

Rebecca Proctor obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Loughborough University, which they completed between 2004 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Coaching Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Rebecca also obtained a Level 3 Award in Education and Training from QCF Training in April 2015.
