Paulius Butkus

Paulius Butkus currently serves as the Head of Group Development and Innovation at EPSO-G and the Chairman of the Board at Energy Cells, in addition to being a Board Member at Amber Grid. From March 2019 to February 2023, Paulius worked as an RDI Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement Manager at ENTSO-E, where responsibilities included developing RDI strategies, supporting stakeholder engagement, and coordinating H2020/Horizon Europe programmes. Previous roles include Head of Data Hub Development Division at AB „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO), where Paulius led the Datahub implementation project, and various positions at Litgrid AB, focusing on electricity market development and analysis. Paulius's academic credentials include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics.
