Hoekit Tan

Hoekit Tan is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff in the COO Office at Amber Group since April 2022, focusing on group HR strategy and strategic initiatives. Previously, Hoekit held multiple leadership roles at ByteDance, including Organization Institutionalization and Sustainability Lead, where responsibilities included establishing a global organizational development practice. Before that, at Korn Ferry Hay Group, Hoekit acted as Consulting Director for multinational and life science sectors, facilitating market entry strategies for non-Chinese companies in Greater China and supporting Chinese companies with global expansion. Early career experience includes a role as a Marketing Consultant at Brandtology. Hoekit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a double major in Law and Economics from Fudan University and an Integrated Programme Diploma from Hwa Chong Institution.
