Andrea Hernández Giménez

Andrea Hernández Giménez has been working in the tech talent acquisition field since 2016. Andrea started at TUYú Technology as a Technical Recruiter, where their duties included analyzing tech profiles and customer needs, as well as introducing and managing offers in recruitment portals. In 2017, they moved to Hays as an IT Recruitment Consultant, with a 360 role, which included contact with clients in the IT environment. In 2021, they joined The Knot Worldwide as a Tech Talent Acquisition and also began working at Bodas.net in the same role.

Andrea Hernández Giménez has a Bachelor in Pedagogy from Universitat de Barcelona, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. Andrea then obtained a Postgraduate in Diagnostic Orientation and Psychological Intervention from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2015. In the same year, they obtained an Máster in Human Resources Direction from EAE Business School. In 2018, they obtained a Nivel Upper-Intermediate (B2) certification from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Santa Coloma de Gramanet.
