Richard Henshaw

Richard Henshaw is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in asset management and public sector projects. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Pario since April 2024, Richard has previously held significant roles such as BSFi Asset Manager at Amber Infrastructure Limited, where responsibilities included delivering asset management services for the BSFi Portfolio. Richard's experience extends to Balfour Beatty Investments, where Richard worked as LEP Director managing Local Education Partnerships, and as Regional Director overseeing school and healthcare projects. Additionally, Richard established a project management company as a Company Director and has held partnership roles at EC Harris and management positions at Mouchel, focusing on public sector services in the North West. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading.
