Pradeep Kumar Khadka

Pradeep Kumar Khadka is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in system validation, design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Currently serving as a Sr. Electrical Engineer for System Validation at Amber Kinetics since January 2023, Pradeep has held previous positions including Electrical Design Engineer at Alternative Power Generation, Inc. and DOTec Corp. Pradeep's background includes substantial roles at Radhi Bidyut Company Limited and Laughing Buddha Power Nepal Limited, focusing on factory acceptance testing, installation, and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment, as well as energy planning and ISO compliance. Additionally, Pradeep has experience as a Plant Manager at Shiwani Hydropower, overseeing installation and training in electro-mechanical equipment operations. Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tribhuwan University.
