Bradon Dreyer has extensive experience in the engineering field. Bradon began their career in 2001 as a Process Engineer Co-op/Intern at Rohm and Haas. In 2007, they moved to The Dow Chemical Company as a Senior Research Engineer. In 2009, they joined Elevance Renewable Sciences as a Development Engineer. In 2014, they transitioned to Valspar/Sherwin-Williams as a Process Engineer. In 2018, they advanced to Manager/Associate Director of Process Chemistry and Engineering at Sherwin-Williams. Currently, they are the VP of Technology at Ambercycle.
Bradon Dreyer received their Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2003, and their Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2007.
