Carley Harmon

Carley Harmon has held a variety of Human Resources roles since 2010. Carley began their career as a Manager at The UPS Store in 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Office Assistant at the Orange County Registrar of Voters. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at 24Hr HomeCare as a Human Resources Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. During this time, they were responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates, conducting nursing school presentations, and updating and maintaining applicant records. In 2017, they moved to New Century Health as an HR Business Partner. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at GT's Living Foods as a Sr. Director of Human Resources, Director of Employee Relations, and HR Business Partner. In their most recent role, they were the Head of People Operations at Ambercycle.

Carley Harmon received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine in 2014. In the same year, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Additionally, they hold a certification in Human Resources Management.
