Johann Norsa

Johann Norsa has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. From 2007 to 2019, they worked at Gemalto, where they held various roles including Senior Internal Auditor - Strategy and R&D, Senior Engineering Manager - Artwork Services, Technical Manager - Solution & Service, and Software Engineer. During this time, they achieved various accomplishments such as increasing SLA to 99.9%, ISO27001 certification, successful cloud migration, revenue growth of 10% year on year, and more. In 2019, they joined PublicSonar as Chief Technology Officer, where they created a data science/engineering team and achieved a successful cloud migration. In 2022, they joined Amberscript as Chief Technology Officer, where their responsibilities include definition of product and technology long-term strategy, creation of high-performance teams, and management of the Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams. Additionally, from 2007 to 2007, they worked as a Research Engineer - Trainee at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie Atomique, where they developed an algorithm for deterministic constrained multivariable optimization.

Johann Norsa received a Master in Computer Science and Mathematics from Grenoble INP - UGA between 2004 and 2007. Johann then completed an exchange semester in Computer Science at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2007. In 2018, they obtained a Financial Management - iMBA Specialization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Most recently, they obtained a Strategic Management program from The Wharton School in December 2021.
