Bernardo Novick

Bernardo Novick has held various roles in different companies. Bernardo started their career at Cervejaria Ambev in 2009 as a Commodities Manager and later became the Finance and Caribbean Manager. In 2015, they became the Sales Regional Director for MG/ES and then served as the Client Services VP. In 2018, they joined ZX Ventures as the Head of the company.

Bernardo Novick holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Business, from Harvard Business School. In 2021, they obtained additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, and a Venture Capital Diploma from Wharton Executive Education.
