Carina Surge

Carina Surge currently serves as BSC Director and Product Director for Finance/People Technology at Ambev, a role assumed in February 2020. Prior to this, Carina held the position of IT Manager at HBSIS from March 2019 to January 2020. Carina’s extensive experience at Cervejaria Ambev from November 2006 to February 2019 included a series of managerial roles across IT operations, finance, procurement to pay, treasury back office, and accounting. Carina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from FACAMP, completed an IT Academy program at FIAP in 2018, and obtained a Yellow Belt certification from Ambev in 2013.
