Fernando Tennenbaum

Mr. Tennenbaum is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Operations, Finance and Compensation Committee of Ambev. Mr. Tennenbaum is Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV Chief Financial Officer since April, 2020. He joined our Company in 2004 and has held various roles in the finance function (including Treasury, Investor Relations and M&A). He most recently served as the Ambev’s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer. He is a dual citizen of Brazil and Germany and holds a degree in industrial engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and a corporate MBA from Ambev.
