Charlie Day has held various positions in the field of engineering and customer service since 2006. Charlie began their career as a Cashier at Zaxby's Inc. in 2006. In 2011, they moved on to become an Order Processor at Manning Brothers. In 2014, they became a Mechanical Lab Technician at 4th Strand, where they created and implemented methods for product testing. In 2015, they were promoted to Customer Support Engineer at Giben America, where they provided remote assistance to global customers for troubleshooting and software installation. In 2017, they worked as a Project Engineer at ADVANCED CONTROL SOLUTIONS, INC., where they supported sales as a presales engineer and post sales work. Charlie also worked as a Mechanical Engineer - Technical Support at Complete Packing Solutions and Systems / Kallfass. Currently, they are a Product Support Engineer - Robotics at Ambi Robotics.
Charlie Day obtained their High School Dual Diploma from Dacula High School between 2002 and 2006. Charlie then went on to receive an Associate's degree in General Studies from Georgia State University Perimeter College between 2006 and 2009. After that, they obtained a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Southern Polytechnic State University between 2009 and 2013. In May 2013, they received a Certified Manufacturing Technologist certification from SME.
