Tom Foerster

Tom Foerster is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Director of Partner Operations at Optum since February 2016, focusing on enhancing data processing between providers and payers. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Picis Clinical Solutions since October 2004, culminating in the role of Vice President of Professional Services, where responsibilities included oversight of operations and P&L for implementations.
