Kathryn Rossi is an experienced operations and engagement professional with a diverse background in customer success, support, and financial management. Currently serving as the CS & Support Operations Manager at Ambient.ai since January 2024, Kathryn excels in optimizing workflows and building operational frameworks to enhance customer experiences. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Ambient.ai, and previously held positions at Coefficient as a Product Specialist and Archlet as a Customer Operations Manager. Additional experience includes significant roles at EnLink Midstream, Trellis Energy, FIS, and MRE Consulting, where Kathryn demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, enhancing operational efficiencies, and delivering client-focused solutions.
