Ben Serlo

Ben Serlo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben began their career in 2006 as a Shop Assistant at Pieni akvaariokauppa and later became an Assistant Shop Manager at Uusi Akvaario. In 2010, they worked as a Photo Editor and later as a Videographer/Video Editor at Turun Sanomat. Ben also had a brief stint as a Computer Repair Technician/Salesman at ZAS Data Applications Consults. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Photojournalist at Turun Sanomat.

In 2012, they joined Fonecta Oy and held multiple positions including Helpdesk Support Specialist, Project Specialist, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Service Designer. In these roles, they provided customer support, managed projects, and developed new concepts and services. Ben also worked as a Photojournalist at Turun Sanomat during this time.

Most recently, they have been employed as a Data Engineer at Ambientia since 2023.

Ben Serlo attended Paasikivi-Opisto from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Photography. Ben obtained additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in February 2017, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 (MCSA) from Microsoft in February 2015, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
