Hanna Penman

Hanna Penman has a diverse work experience in the field of service and UX design. Hanna started their career at Nextfour Group in 2015 as a UX Designer, where they worked on projects for various platforms such as touch screen devices, desktop apps, and production software. Their work at Nextfour Group focused on creating user-friendly interfaces for demanding environments like the marine, medical, and safety sectors. In 2018, Hanna joined Wunder as a UX/Service Designer. At Wunder, they collaborated with end-users and clients to shape digital services and enhance the overall digital experience. Hanna took on roles such as UX/UI Designer and Service Designer, and also began learning about accessibility design and auditing. Currently, Hanna is working at Ambientia as a Senior Service Designer, a role they started in January 2023.

Hanna Penman has a diverse education history. Starting in 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Service Design at Turku University of Applied Sciences.
