Jenni Rauha is a skilled Service Designer at Wunder since August 2021, with previous experience as a UX Designer at Don & Branco and a UX Researcher at Smarp. In these roles, Jenni has focused on gathering insights from clients and users to enhance user experiences, identifying weaknesses and opportunities to improve services, and implementing human-centric design methodologies in agile environments.
