Freek Dokter

Freek Dokter has extensive experience in the care and treatment of individuals with mild intellectual disabilities. Currently serving as a Clustermanager at Ambiq since August 2010, Freek Dokter holds integral responsibility for four intensive treatment groups and one observation and diagnostics group, overseeing a team of pedagogical staff and collaborating with behavioral scientists on client treatment plans. Prior experience at Ambiq from 2002 to 2010 includes working as a pedagogical medewerker in intensive care, facilitating the direct support and treatment of children facing multiple challenges. Freek Dokter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogical Assistance from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2000, along with further education from the same institution in 2011.
